Splashville privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

In short

Splashville is made for young children. It does not collect personal data, it contains no advertising, analytics or tracking, and it does not ask for an account. Everything your child creates stays on your device.

Who we are

Splashville is published by Honeybounce, run by Kacper Dondziak, who is the controller of any personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at kacperdrukarka@gmail.com.

What stays on the device

To let your child continue where they left off, the game saves on the device itself:

This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. It is removed when you uninstall the game or choose “Reset progress” in the parent settings.

Purchases

The full version is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your name, payment card or store account. The store only tells the game that the purchase exists, so the game can unlock the full version and restore it later. Purchases are covered by the Google privacy policy or the Apple privacy policy.

Permissions

Splashville does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. An internet connection is used only by the app store to process and restore purchases; the game itself plays offline.

Children

Splashville is designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Purchases and settings are protected by a parental gate that asks an adult to type a number written out in words.

This website

The Honeybounce website, including this page, has its own website privacy policy. In short: no cookies, no analytics and nothing loaded from other companies.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about players, there is usually nothing for us to show, correct or delete. You can still contact us at any time with questions or requests at kacperdrukarka@gmail.com. If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Changes

If Splashville ever starts to handle data differently, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
